Michela holds a degree in political science with a specialization in international law and a master in "European Union funding opportunities". She studied and worked in Italy, Croatia, Kosovo, Germany and Spain and her professional experience can count on the coordination and management of development programmes and projects in an international cooperation setting, within or in collaboration with the institutions of the European Union, the Council of Europe, the NGO sector, the Lombardy Region Government and the corporate sector. She has comprehensive experience in assisting the design and implementation of relevant measures of growth and development within the framework outlined by the regional policies of the EU, through the evaluation, preparation, funding search, promotion and execution of transnational cooperation projects and activities.
