Managing Director

Dr Stephan Pascall till recently worked in a Senior capacity in the European Commission, Information Society Directorate-General. His wealth of experience in ICT, aerospace and telecommunications as well as the management of international projects puts him in a good position to lead the company.
Director, Strategy

Dr Rosalie Zobel retired after serving as Director in the Information Society Directorate-General of the European Commission, and brings a wealth of experience. She joined the Europlan Board as a Director for Strategy. She is dealing with the strategic direction of the company and activities related to gender issues and youth as well as Science and Technology.

Alexander Pascall is a qualified Solicitor of England and Wales, having trained at the London offices of a major US law firm. He has particular experience in the fields of complex commercial litigation, corporate law and debt finance. He advises the company on legal matters
Advisor to the Board on Foreign and EU Affairs

Christer Asp is a former Swedish Ambassador to Serbia, Montenegro and Turkey. In 1995 to 2000 he served as Head of Cabinet to the Swedish EU-Commissioner responsible for justice and home affairs. Prior to that he was a member of the Swedish negotiating team for membership of the EU.
Financial and Investment Advisor

Paul Dor is a graduate of the University of Liège, Belgium, in Civil Engineering and Economic Science. He started his career in the banking sector in Europe and Latin America. Later he held high positions within Fortis Bank and Abn Amro Group. He advises the company on finances and investment.
Advisor on public affairs

Ineke Herweijer studied French at Leiden University and Private law at the Free University of Amsterdam. During a 20 years, political career she served as a local and regional councillor in Utrecht. As an alderwoman of the city of Utrecht she became the first President of the TeleRegions network, which was founded in 1996. Since 1998 she has been working on matters related to change management and public governance. She also served on supervisory boards of two social housing companies and for 8 years chaired the committee for appeal against provincial decisions, of the Province of Utrecht.
Advisor on Legal Affairs
Olympia Pascall has studied Law in the UK and
France. She has gained experience in Brussels, Singapore and Vilnius working
for the European Commission, Infineon and Ericsson in the field of the legal
aspects of Information and Communications Technologies. She has in depth
expertise in international law, civil
law, European and corporate immigration law.
