Dr Stephan Pascall is CEO and director at Europlan. He has over 10 years of experience at British Telecom as Head of Group. He was also working for 27+ years in the European Commission at senior level (Head of Unit, Advisor, with significant roles in the launch of GSM and ICT framework programmes). He has lead Europlan’s pivot from a organisation focussed primarily on project management and training, to become a pioneering organisation supporting technology-driven innovation across different industries including space and XR-based training.
